I started RelayOS for my family’s pharmacy. Then I realized every independent owner I met was living the same week.

I grew up around a pharmacy. My uncle has run an independent shop for decades. I watched him spend Saturdays auditing software bills, arguing with PBM reps over reimbursement clawbacks, and explaining to patients why their refill cost more this month than last. I watched him hire and fire three different agencies that promised “digital transformation” and delivered a logo and a website.

None of the tools were built for him. The software was built for chains. The marketing agencies were built for dentists. The AI was built for VCs. The patient apps were built to extract data, not save time.

So in 2026 I started RelayOS. The thesis is plain: independent pharmacy is a real business that deserves real operating infrastructure — software, AI, and marketing — built for how pharmacies actually work, sold at a price independents can actually afford, run by people who actually know the work.

We started with one client (an independent retail pharmacy on PioneerRx — our first retainer, identity kept private at their request) and one product (Monsi, our delivery system). Two more products are in build. The plan is simple: serve a small number of pharmacies unreasonably well, build the products our retainer clients need, and let the work compound.

60 days in · our first retainer pharmacy is cutting $1,800/mo net of the retainer. Audit happened in week one. Workflows shipped in weeks two and three. That’s the work.
